This note is to let potential customers of Lu Ercolini know what we think of him as a realtor. He helped sell two houses that we owned in Los Altos, Ca in 2007. He did an excellent job. Since we live outside of the area he had to do lots of errands and check up on inspections, repairs, and staging for one of the houses. He biked pass the house frequently and checked the security and progress. The second house he helped sell in a very short period of time. He was very pleasant to work with and extremely reliable. He knows the area and the market very well. We recommend him to anyone who wishes to sell a home in the Bay Area.
